Star Hammer Tactics will be available via the PlayStation Store, which can be accessed by anyone with a free PlayStation Network account from your PSP, PS3, or via Sony Media Go.

Ive been watching your RSS feeds and reading all over your site for months but there is no mention of the games being released in the US, are the games going to be released here or are they euro exclusive?
